Chuseok 2010

So, it's Chuseok 2010. Mike and I had plans to go into Seoul to be tourists. We got on a bus to head into the city which usually only takes 20 minutes. After about 45 minutes, and after we had seen the streets beginning to flood, the bus driver stopped and politely asked us to get off. Luckily we were near a subway station. We decided to head into the Hongdae area to hang out inside and play board games. When we almost got there my friend Annabelle luckily phoned me. She told me not to go to Hongdae. The whole station had been flooded. We basically at this point decided it was better to head home. So, that's where we are now. We have eaten junk food, played board games and watched "Gorilla's in the Mist". Hopefully things calm down for tomorrow and we can head into town. I would like to spend some of my holiday outside! Is it bad though, that I know the flooding is really bad, but that it's a just a little bit cool to me?

The first pic is at Gwanhwamun.
