1 real holiday.. 1 fake

Well.. 새해복 많이 받으세요! That means, Happy New Year. This weekend is Lunar New Year, and though it sucks that it falls on a weekend and we only get 1 extra day off, it's a long weekend all the same. It's also Valentine's Day. I've never been that into Valentine's but I'm more than happy to use it as an excuse to go get a delicious meal. Mike and I will celebrate our love for each other in a dimly lit Bulgarian restaurant while we stuff our faces. Romantic!

Also, it's about 2 weeks until Russ and I are meeting up in Singapore. After a couple of days, it's off to Malaysia for some city and island fun. We've actually booked all hotels in advance (which is new to me!) so we will have maximum relaxing and sightseeing time. I'm very, very excited as I have wanted to go to these places for years, and also because I get to do it with a friend I haven't seen for a long time! It will be grand!
